
French investigators searched Edmond de Rothschild’s Paris offices as part of an Epstein-linked inquiry involving former diplomat Fabrice Aidan. 

French financial prosecutors searched the Swiss bank’s Paris offices in March 2026 while investigating alleged corruption involving Aidan, a former French diplomat who later worked at the bank. His name appeared in more than 200 Justice Department documents, including emails prosec*tors are examining over allegations that confidential UN Security Council material was shared with Jeffrey Epstein between 2010 and 2016. Aidan denies wrongdoing, while the bank says it is cooperating fully with investigators.
