Of all the 'Mermaid' artists creations I've seen, this is the only one that rang the truest of them all. If they exist this one by artist David Gaillet would be the closest in reality, and is most believable. It is also beautiful.
GAWD-DANG! I remember flying off my bike many times and skinning my elbows and knees and my mother using this liquid from HELL on my wounds and it burned like fire!
